Q: When I run the software on my computer, the anti-virus software pops up a message that there are suspicious files found. Is it secure?
A: Please no worry at all. We promise all our freeware is secure to use. No toolbars, No spyware. Please just ignore the message and go on to install the freeware. Or you can close the anti-virus software before installing our programs.

Q: Is the freeware free to update?
A: Yes. We provide free update as well as free technical support for all freeware.

Q: How can I know the update news? How can I get the lastest version?
A: Once we release the update version, there will be a message poped up when you run the freeware. Then you can go to our website and download the lastest version. You can also check the update by clicking " Help " -> "Check for Updates..."

Q: Is there Mac version available for those freeware?
A: We only have the Free Video Converter for Mac currently. And the mac video player freeware will come soon.
